Yigal Rechtman, K2EFG, of Fort Lee, with assistance from Jose Lugo Jr., (KD2CJP) of New York City, participated in the national Amateur Radio Field Day exercise, setting up in Fort Lee Historic Park. Yigal has been a long time member of Kings County ARES. Jose is the Emergency Coordinator for New York County ARES. Their Field Day event was covered by the North Jersey News.
